to create a plant demonstration walk as a special feature
of the project.

Woman's
Plaza of Honor
The Woman's Plaza of Honor is a joint project of Novak Environmental,
Inc.'s Karen Cesare, as well as Liba Wheat, Lori Woods and
Margaret West of other landscape architecture firms. The project
is an opportunity to honor important women in people's lives,
and is a fundraiser for the Women's
Studies scholarship fund.

Barrio Viejo
Elderly Housing
Located in downtown Tucson, Arizona, Barrio Viejo is an infill
elderly housing project that used Novak Environmental, Inc.
to create outdoor living spaces and courtyards, as well as
the project's general landscape and irrigation plans.

Barrio Viejo's vivid colors and desert landscaping provide
a vibrant landscape in downtown Tucson.

Homes form colorful walls around easily accessible
courtyards.

Geometry plays a role in building and landscape design.

Pantano
Christian Church
Novak Environmental, Inc. designed Pantano Christian Church's
Fellowship Plaza, including fountain design, and Prayer Garden;
as well as overall campus landscape and irrigation plans.

Shops
at Creekside
Novak Environmental, Inc. provided landscape design and irrigation
plans for the commercial project, as well as plant inventory
specifically focusing on preserving existing significant vegetation
along the roadway.

Slim-Fast
Manufacturing Facility
Novak Environmental, Inc. provided entry, sign, and landscape
design services for the Slim Fast manufacturing plant located
in southeast Tucson, Arizona.
